This is definitely a recipe I make often. I try to make it at least once a week. Salmon has many health benefits: its high in omega 3’s, protein, B vitamins, and many other vitamins and minerals. I love this recipe because it’s quick, it’s easy, and the clean up is super simple. Everyone in your family will love this glazed salmon, even kids. My nine year old nephew loved it! He isn’t much of a fish fan, so you know it’s good!
I typically purchase salmon from Wholefoods because it’s fresh and the taste is so much better. My husband and I purchased from a local grocery store and we had to throw it out because it had a ‘fishy odor’. This means the fish is not fresh. Anyway, it all depends on where you shop.
The glaze should be a thick consistency. The brown sugar thickens it, you can see the consistency here. ^^^^
