Mexican Wedding Cookies (Christmas Cookies)
Ingredients
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl mix cream butter, almond, vanilla extract and powdered sugar
  2. Slowly add in flour to the mixture
  3. Add walnuts to food processor to finely grate.
  4. Combine walnuts and flour to mixture.
  5. Mix until all of the ingredients are combined.
  6. Roll into 1 inch balls and slightly flatten with palm.
  7. Put in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown at 350 degrees.
  8. Cool on rack for a few minutes then add 3 or 4 cookies at a time in a bowl with powdered sugar to roll.
