So lately, I’ve been eating a lot healthier for breakfast. I tend to go for foods that are high in protein and that will give me lots of energy throughout the day. I really enjoy acai bowls but don’t always have the time in the morning to go out and pick one up. So I figured why not make it at home. By the way I’ve really noticed an increase in my energy levels throughout the day. I can’t say for sure if its the acai bowls but this is without me having any coffee.
I’ve been doing some research and there are so many excellent health benefits! First of all, the acai packet itself is packed with Omega fatty acids. You’re also getting antioxidants, vitamins, fiber, protein and healthy fats. There are so many ways to make it differently each day by adding different fruits. This recipe has definitely been my go-to lately.
